Dr. Rachael Gittens worked briefly at South Florida Pain before leaving to open her own clinic. In 2009, the Florida Board of Medicine voted to suspend for 90 days the medical practice of Dr. Gittens, who signed 33 painkiller prescriptions with the names left blank for patients she never saw. The board also put her on probation for a year, and fined her $10,000. She was not charged with any crimes related to the case against the George brothers and American Pain.
Ryan Young worked for Zach Rose’s clinics. He pleaded guilty to Conspiracy to Commit an Offense Against the US Government and was sentenced to 18 months in federal prison.
